Love for a girl or a guy can lead to lust if not properly managed. A man can sincerely love you from the depth his heart and still sleep with you when he is not yet married to you.
To think that if he sleeps with you it means he is lusting after you and that if he does not then he truly loves you is not completely correct. He loves you but it is just that he cannot manage the love properly so it grows into lust.
Listen to this; to have a sex free relationship has to do with the two parties involved, that is the guy and the girl. The girl may initiate a sex-free relationship like they always do but without the guy complementing it,it will be in vain because it won't be long premarital sex will begin.
